Woodside Falconry & Conservation Centre
Visitors to Woodside Falconry & Conservation Centre at Newball, near Langworth, five miles East of Lincoln, are in for a treat this summer.
There are lots of new attractions to be enjoyed including emu’s and new goats as well as this year’s pigs that entertain visitors throughout the summer. Pig racing is fantastic fun and the ones who enjoy it most are the pigs.

There are also ferret races throughout the day and opportunities to hold snakes and lizards for those who dare. There will be seasonal activities on the hour between 11am and 4pm. Phone for details.
Woodside also offers daily woodland walks, flying displays by eagles and falcons, all-day trout fishing in the well-stocked lake.

Why not take a relaxing walk through the dazzling array of butterflies in the tropical house, or unwind with tea and scones from the barn style tearooms, while the children enjoy the indoor sand and water play area, or the outdoor adventure play area. You could treat yourself or a friend to one of our popular handling days where you are the falconer for the day. Holding feeding and flying these magnificent birds, great for a treat or a gift for others, just click to see the full range on our web site.

With as few as ten people or as much as 150, the new tropical house is available for hire for private parties and functions. Included in the hire is a Jacuzzi, sauna, aroma room with relaxing essential oils and showers.
All added extra’s can be included at an additional cost from therapists for a relaxation party, disco’s, bands or whatever else is required to create a tailor-made party venue.

There’s guaranteed fun for all the family.
