| The Butterfly and Wildlife Park, voted Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year in 2003 by the Good Britain Guide, has something to offer all age groups and is a very popular family day out.
One of the largest Tropical Houses in Great Britain has hundreds of colourful butterflies flying freely in a rain forest setting. There are also Crocodiles, Snakes, Water Dragons and Ant Room and Insectarium. Outdoors The Lincolnshire Birds of Prey Centre has Eagles, Owls Falcons, Hawks and Vultures and they fly them at 12 noon and 3pm every day (subject to the weather and one display at 2pm during September and October). You can see everything from Wallabies to Water Buffalo in the rapidly expanding animal collection. Set in 20 acres is a large Adventure Playground with Activity Castle, Toddler’s Area, Ride-on Tractors, Mini Golf and lovely Gardens. The award winning Tea Rooms and Gift Shop complement the "Quality Assured Visitor Attraction". |
